Green's Vegetarian Restaurant and Cafe in Grasmere was launched in 2007 by Karen Healy and Robin Stuart.
We have developed a loyal following amongst those who appreciate quality and exceptional customer service.
Combining our skills and passion for fresh, local and seasonal produce, we have created a warm and welcoming environment in the heart of Lakeland’s most beautiful village.
We are more than a Vegetarian Restaurant and Cafe, with our fabulous menu we are one of the best places to eat in Grasmere.
Where possible, we source all produce from local suppliers and are very proud to support local farmers and producers. At Greens Café and Bistro, we offer multiple gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and vegetarian options. We offer a unique selection of dishes made on-site and catering for a range of different dietary requirements;

Gluten free bread and cakes are readily available, soya spread and at least two savoury vegan options in addition to a selection of vegan cakes

We are also a child friendly cafe providing a friendly and family environment. We have a dedicated menu for smaller tummies, supply high chairs and are happy to heat baby food whilst the adults are dining.
